Michelle Yeoh has received the Toronto International Film Festival’s inaugural ‘Share Her Journey Groundbreaker Award’, which she will receive on September 11 of this year.
The award recognizes “a woman who has been a leader in the film industry and has made a positive impact on her career,” and Michelle Yeoh herself has been described by the festival as a “trailblazer.
