The new “Minions” series “Minions: The Rise of Gru” jointly produced by Universal Pictures and Lighting Entertainment revealed the Japanese dubbing version of the trailer. Watanabe Naomi, Masachika Ichimura, and Machiko Ono joined the dubbing.
The film will be released in Northern America on July 1 and in Japan on July 15.
The film will return to Gru’s teenage days as he and his first-time “right-hand man” Minions battle wits and bravery with a gang of villains and embark on the road to becoming a “super badass”. At the same time, the new Minions characters and the new villain “the Vicious 6” are introduced.
