The streaming media company Netflix announced last week that it would suspend the production of all Russian projects and the acquisition of movies. Yesterday, Netflix even more citing “Russian invasion of Ukraine” as an excuse to completely suspend Netflix’s streaming services in Russia, and the recovery time is unknown.
With 222 million subscribers, Netflix offers services in more than 190 countries and territories around the world. It does not offer services in Crimea, Syria, North Korea, China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau) and newly joined Russia.
