A new trailer and poster for the live-action Netflix version of Neil Gaiman’s classic comic book “The Sandman” have been released, announcing its launch on August 5 this year.
Tom Sturridge as The Sandman invites you into a world of dreams, grand and magical fun.
Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer, the Lord of Hell, Jenna Coleman, David Thewlis, Stephen Fry, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Mason Alexander Park, Boyd Holbrook, Charles Dance, Asim Chaudhry, Sanjeev Bhaskar and others also star.
“The Sandman” is about “the king of dreams who comes at the call of mortals, but is captured alive. The king of the dream world, like him, is free from his chains and regains his freedom before he realizes that trouble is just about to begin.
