Netflix has picked up the global streaming rights to China Taiwan’s hit horror film “Incantation” and announced that it will be released on July 8. The film is also advertised as “Taiwan’s scariest movie”, it has been released in Taiwan cinemas in March this year.
“Incantation” is directed by Kevin Ko, it is based on a real incident that happened in Kaohsiung. The film is a pseudo-documentary, breaking the fourth wall, focusing on the story of a family that believes in a cult, why do terrible things happen one after another?
