‘Penguin Highway’ director Hiroyasu Ishida directed the new Netflix animated film ‘Drifting Home’ released a new trailer with a deluxe Mutsumi Tamura, Asami Seto, Murase Ayumu, Inori Minase, Kana Hanazawa and other The film will be released in Japan on September 16 and will be available on Netflix at the same time.
This is the second feature-length animation directed by director Hiroyasu Ishida, and the third animated feature film of Studio Colorido, following ‘Penguin Highway’ and ‘A Whisker Away’.
Drifting Home’ tells the story of Yuzuru and Shuri Ando, 6th grade students who grew up in the same apartment building and have always been each other’s playmates.
One summer day, Yuzuru and her friends were playing in the apartment that was about to be demolished when they were suddenly plunged into a vision: an ocean of water as far as the eye could see!
A summer farewell tour was launched.
