Noah Baumbach’s (‘Marriage Story’ ‘Frances Ha’) new Netflix film ‘White Noise’ has released new stills announcing that it will be the opening film of the New York Film Festival, which was previously slated to open the Venice International Film Festival opening film.
‘White Noise’ stars Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig, Jodie Turner-Smith, Raffey Cassidy, and more.
Based on the novel of the same name by Don DeLillo, the film follows Jack, a professor at a liberal arts college in central America who becomes famous for his Hitler studies course, as he, his fourth wife Babette and their children try to navigate the common difficulties of family life.
When a “toxic air incident” disrupts their lives, they are forced to face the threat of death and a difficult test together.
