Neve Campbell (“Scream” “Skyscraper”) joins the game-based action comedy series “Twisted Metal” as a recurring character. Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, Thomas Haden Church also star.
“Twisted Metal” is set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, and Mackie plays Anonymous, a milkman with no memory of the past, articulate and fast.
At one point he got a chance to live a better life—delivering a mysterious package into the wasteland of a post-apocalyptic world.

Along the way, he develops a hostile relationship with Quiet (Beatriz), a fierce and bellicose car thief, and the two face various threats along the way: a savage predator and a deranged clown who drives an ice cream truck.
Produced by Sony Television and PlayStation Production, the show was picked up by streaming platform Peacock and pre-ordered for an entire season.
The series is inspired by “Deadpool” writer duo Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick, with Michael Jonathan Smith as writer and executive producer, Mackie also executive producing, and Kitao Sakurai (“Bad Trip” “Aardvark”) directing several episodes.
