Noah Baumbach (“Marriage Story” “Frances Ha”)’s new Netflix film ‘White Noise’ has been announced for limited theatrical release in Northern America on November 25 and streaming on December 30.
‘White Noise’, starring Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig, Jodie Turner-Smith, Raffey Cassidy and Sam Nivola, will also serve as the opening film of the Venice and New York Film Festival.
Based on the novel of the same name by Don DeLillo, the film follows Jack, a professor at a liberal arts college in central America who became famous for his Hitler studies course, as he and his fourth wife, Babette, and their children try to navigate the common difficulties of family life.
When a “toxic air incident” disrupts their lives, they are forced to face the threat of death and a difficult test together.
