The famous science fiction film ‘Planet of the Apes’ will make a new version of the film, the latest casting starring: Owen Teague (‘It: Chapter Two’ ‘The Stand’) will play the lead role of the apes.
The ‘Planet of the Apes’ series, which features the 1968 film and multiple films and TV spin-offs, as well as the prequel nature of the ‘Rise of the Planet of the Apes’ film trilogy that began in 2011, has since announced a new film in 2019, to be directed by ‘The Maze Runner ‘ trilogy director Wes Ball directed.
Earlier this summer, Ball allegedly gave the latest version of the script to the satisfaction of 20th Century Pictures executives, the film casting followed, and recently determined Teague, the human lead actor is still in the process of casting.
The plot of the film, the relationship with the previous film has not yet been revealed.
