Paramount Pictures will remake Hitchcock’s classic thriller and suspense film “To Catch a Thief”, starring Gal Gadot and writing Erin Jones (“The Prodigal Son”), Gal Gadot will also be with her husband Yaron “Jaron” Varsano, Neal H. Moritz is co-producer.
The original “To Catch a Thief” is a 1955 film directed by Alfred Hitchcock starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly.
The film tells the story of John Robie, a thief who has washed his hands with gold, who is suspected by the police for a series of jewelry thefts.
In order to get rid of the suspicion of theft, John Robie began to personally investigate the murderer who imitated his methods and committed crimes repeatedly, and launched a wits and courageous operation to catch the thief.
