Earlier, director James Gunn revealed that the last episode took the longest to shoot and took 21 days to complete, carefully preparing a big show for DC fans.
Approaching the Armageddon part, Adebayo called Amanda Waller, the behind-the-scenes commander of the Suicide Squad, for help, and asked the opponent to send the Justice League to help them deal with the aliens…
The audience began to think that director James Gunn was making fun of DC’s superheroes again, but they didn’t expect the Justice League composed of Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Aquaman at the end.
But the fight was over, and Peacemaker complained that they were late.
The battle is over
Justice League is late
To the audience’s eye, Jason Momoa, who played Aquaman in DECU, and Ezra Miller, who played The Flash, made cameos in both roles.
The two scenes were filmed separately, with the Ezra Miller scene even being helped by the Marvel staff.
It turned out that James Gunn was already preparing for “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” at Marvel, and Ezra Miller was only available at this time.
John Cena said in a recent interview with Fandom: “I will always be grateful to (Jason Momoa and Ezra Miller) for doing us a huge favor and having a joke in their lines.
Whether it was their intention or not, they really helped us with the show and brought more attention to the new characters in the DC Universe (Peacemaker and others)”
The series doesn’t end with a close-up of Superman and Wonder Woman. Because it’s not Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot who play them, but two unknown actors.
The two of them also posted makeup photos on their social media, both wearing the same costumes worn by Gadot and Henry Cavill.
In addition, the crew originally shot Cyborg’s long shot, but it was eventually deleted.
