Recently, in order to promote the upcoming “Army Of The Dead” prequel “Army of Thieves”, producer Zack Snyder revealed to the media that the sequel of “Army Of The Dead” is called “Planet of the Dead”.
Ludwig Dieter, played by Matthias Schweighöfer, may still be alive, and he happens to be the actor of “Army of Thieves”.
Although “Army Of The Dead” has a general reputation, it is one of Netflix’s most popular original movies this year, with 75 million views.
At the end of “Army Of The Dead”, vanderohe, played by Omari Hardwick, flew to Mexico.
But he found out that there was a tooth mark on his arm…
Audiences who have watched zombie movies and TV shows know what will happen next.
Zack Snyder said: “Is Ludwig Dieter who was locked in the vault dead? The audience did not see him dead on the camera, and there is still a little time before the nuclear bomb exploded. I won’t tell you the story of “Planet of the Dead”. What is it, but Ludwig Dieter has a chance to survive.”

The animated series “Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas” will be launched in the spring of 2022.

Zack Snyder said that this idea was influenced by Akira Kurosawa and “Star Wars”, hoping to become a huge IP and create a new universe.
He also stated that “Rebel Moon” is the largest sci-fi film he has ever filmed, which is even bigger than the opening Kryptonian scene of “Man of Steel”.
