Friends who want to live longer can refer to: “New York Post” reported that researchers at the University of Toronto compared 2,111 actors between 1929 and 2020 – including actors who have been nominated for Oscars (including, of course, winners), and Oscar-nominated actors. Actors who have worked with the nominee – are the models, and the data shows that actors who have won an Oscar are most likely to live to 81 years old, longer than those who have been nominated but have not won and actors who have worked with but have not been nominated (76 years).
No formal conclusions have been drawn as to why, but the study lists a number of theories, such as “winners are more likely to eat right, exercise regularly, sleep regularly, avoid substance abuse, and follow a prudent lifestyle philosophy, perseverance, and come to harvest.” Some researchers believe that there are psychological factors.
