The horror romance ‘Bones & All’ starring Timothée Chalamet and Taylor Russell and directed by Luca Guadagnino is rated R.
The Motion Picture Association (MPA) gave the reason “strong, bloody and frighteningly violent content, profanity throughout the film and some sexual content, a little nudity”.
The film is a collaboration between Luca Guadagnino and Timothée Chalamet after ‘Call Me by Your Name’, and is his first film set in the United States.
‘Bones & All’, written by Dave Kajganich of ‘A Bigger Splash’, follows a young girl on a journey to find herself.
A young couple embarks on a journey across the United States to find the father the heroine has never met and to figure out: why does she have the urge to kill and eat the people who love her?
