Kaitlyn Dever, the heroine of the movie “Rosaline”, which will be released next year, released her first stills on Instagram on Friday.
“Rosaline” is a comedy adapted from Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet”.
The film tells the story of Rosaline (Kaitlyn Dever), Romeo’s abandoned ex-girlfriend.
Before Romeo fell in love with Juliet, Rosaline was Romeo’s first love.
We will see “the most famous love story in history” through Rosaline’s eyes.
“Rosaline” will be directed by Karen Marine, written by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber.
The script is adapted from the novel “When You Were Mine”, which is a modern version of the classic Shakespeare story.
“Rosaline” is scheduled to be released in 2022 and broadcast on Hulu and Star streaming platforms.
