Amazon’s sci-fi adventure series ‘Paper Girls’ released its first teaser trailer and announced its July 29th launch.
In the mysterious and crisis-ridden time travel, Riley Lai Nelet’s young girl Rin and Ali Wong’s adult version of Erin play “Meet Your Future Self”.
Paper Girls’ by Stephany Folsom (‘Thor: Ragnarok’), based on the comic of the same name, tells the story of four newspaper delivery girls & best friends who find themselves caught in a time-travel war after Halloween 1988.
They don’t know why they were sent to the year 2019, each of them saw themselves at that time, that is, 30 years later, and all discovered their own power.
The girls have to try to find a way back to the past, and save the future world.
