Elisabeth Moss starred in the Apple metaphysics thriller series “Shining Girls” released the official trailer, airing on April 29.
Wagner Moura, Jamie Bell, Phillipa Soo, Amy Brenneman and others also star, with Silka Luisa (“Strange Angel”) serving as the executive.
Based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Lauren Beukes, Chicago journalist Kirby (Moss) survives a brutal attack and finds her reality changed as she hunts down the attacker.
Moura plays a veteran journalist who uncovers an ever-expanding copycat attack. Bell plays a mysterious loner with a surprising connection to Kirby.
Soo plays the bright and steady Jin-Sook, who works in the research department of the Adler Planetarium. Brenneman plays Rachel, Kirby’s legendary single mother.
