New stills from Netflix’s new drama ‘Surinam’ released! The 6-episode series is directed by Jong-bin Yoon and stars Jung-woo Ha, Jeong-min Hwang, Woo-jin Jo, Ja-Hyeon Chu, Chen Chang, Hae-soo Park, and Yeon-Seok Yoo.
Based on the true story of a Korean who became a drug lord in Suriname, South America, the drama stars Jeong-min Hwang as a drug lord, Jung-woo Ha as a narcotics officer, and Woo-jin Jo, Ja-Hyeon Chu, Hae-soo Park, and Yeon-Seok Yoo as members and agents of the drug lord’s organization, and will be available on September 9 Netflix.

The series follows a civilian entrepreneur who risks his life to cooperate in a covert operation to capture a South American drug lord.
Jeong-min Hwang plays the role of a drug lord, Jung-woo Ha plays the role of assisting the intelligence agency to catch drug traffickers, and Woo-jin Jo, Yeon-Seok Yoo, Hae-soo Park, and Ja-Hyeon Chu play the roles of a member of a drug trafficking organization and a key member of the intelligence agency respectively.
