In the third and fourth seasons, this role was replaced by Oscar and Emmy winner Olivia Colman.
“The Crown” will re-select actors every two seasons to reflect the age change of the role.
“The Crown Season 5” will tell about the most turbulent years of the royal family’s experience, the 1990s.
Imelda said at the TUDUM event: “I will do my utmost to maintain the very high standard that they set.”
