Created by ‘Euphoria’ producer Sam Levinson and written and executive produced by and starring The Weeknd, the new HBO series ‘The Idol’ has revealed a set of extremely clear stills.
The Weeknd, Lily-Rose Melody Depp in a hot swimsuit and BLACKPINK member Jennie, who wanted to show her sexy side, appeared.
Previously, the drama also revealed a teaser trailer, and the large scale plot sparked hot debate.
The Idol” is a pop idol drama about a pop star (Lily-Rose Melody Depp) who begins an affair with a mysterious Los Angeles club owner (The Weeknd), unaware that the owner is actually the head of a secret organization.
In addition to the three main actors revealed in the stills, Troye Sivan will also star in the show.
It is reported that “The Idol” had started filming as early as November 2021, but it was suspended in April this year due to creative direction rewriting.
In July this year, it was revealed that BLACKPINK member Jennie will join the drama, and we are waiting for the air date of this drama to be set.
