The original Korean drama “My Love From the Star” was directed by Tae-yu Jang and written by Ji-eun Park. It premiered on SBS on December 18, 2013.
“My Love From the Star” tells the story of an alien who fell in North Korea 400 years ago and lives into modern times with his 4 centuries of secrets. Now a university lecturer, Do Min-joon sparks with Hallyu star Cheon Song-yi (Gianna Jun), and then Do Min-joon discovers her connection to his previous life.
The story background of the Japanese drama version of “星から来たあなた” was changed to Japan, and the identities of the two protagonists have not changed.
The Japanese version of “星から来たあなた” will be launched on Amazon on February 23 this year.
