The as-yet-untitled sequel, which will be filmed locally, will employ more than 500 local cast and crew, as well as more than 750 extras, and is expected to bring in more than $88 million to the local economy.
It is reported that the first “Godzilla vs Kong” grossed $101 million in North America and $468 million worldwide.
